Residential Well and Pump Installation and Repair Services

Licensed well drilling and pump diagnostics built for Florida groundwater conditions.

When a residential well system starts failing, the problems show up fast - low water pressure, inconsistent supply, iron staining, or, in some cases, no water at all. Because your well and pump system is responsible for delivering water to your home or irrigation, even small issues can quickly become frustrating and disruptive.

For more than 35 years, WaterCare has provided reliable residential water well services. Our licensed technicians install new wells, repair well pumps, and diagnose complete well systems for homeowners throughout Flagler, Volusia, St. Johns, Putnam, and Duval Counties. Whether your property uses a shallow or deep well or requires a new well drilled, we deliver expert diagnostics and long-lasting solutions built for Florida conditions.

Residential Water Well Drilling & Installation

We handle the full drilling and installation process from your first call to final system testing. Every well we install is code-compliant and built for long-term reliability.

It starts with a site visit. We assess your property, discuss your water needs, and walk you through your well options. Every property is different - soil conditions, water table depth, and irrigation demand all affect proper design - and we help you choose the most cost-effective, long-lasting solution.

Shallow wells and deep wells

We install both shallow hand-drilled wells and deep truck-drilled wells, including 4" x 2" systems and custom configurations based on your property's needs. A shallow well is often the most economical way to supply irrigation. A deep well costs more up front and pays it back in water quality.

Deep wells mean iron-free water. Unlike shallow wells, deep wells draw from lower aquifers that are naturally free of iron, which means no reddish staining on your home, driveway, sidewalks, or lawn.

Residential Well and Pump Repair Services

We diagnose and fix all residential well pump issues - low pressure, no water, pump cycling, electrical failures, and worn components. If your water appears cloudy, sandy, or inconsistent, that's often a pump or pressure tank problem we can resolve quickly.

Because your well, pump, pressure tank, and controls work as one system, we inspect them together on a service call rather than replacing parts one at a time and hoping.

Well & Pump Questions, Answered

What causes low water pressure in a Florida well? +
Low water pressure in a Florida well is commonly caused by a failing pressure tank, a worn or undersized pump, sediment buildup in the well screen, or scale and iron deposits that restrict flow. WaterCare inspects the pump, pressure tank, and well together, because these components affect each other and a fix at just one point often does not solve the real problem.
What is the difference between a shallow well and a deep well? +
A shallow well draws water from a higher point in the water table, is typically less expensive to install, and can be more prone to iron content and seasonal water level changes. A deep well is truck-drilled further down into a lower aquifer, generally provides more consistent yield, and often accesses iron-free water, which helps prevent the reddish staining common with shallow-well water in Northeast Florida.
Why does my well water leave stains on my driveway or home? +
Reddish-brown staining on driveways, siding, and landscaping is typically caused by iron content in the water source, which is more common in shallow wells. Deep wells draw from lower aquifers that are naturally free of iron, which is one reason WaterCare evaluates well depth when a customer is dealing with a persistent staining problem.
